Features

Everything between appointments, handled.

Living with a thyroid condition means numbers, pills and symptoms that change week to week. TiroCare keeps them in one place, so your next visit starts with the full picture.

Lab results, without the typing

Import a PDF from any lab or snap a photo of the report. TSH, FT4, FT3, anti-TPO, TRAb and more are filled in for you, checked against reference ranges and charted over time. You confirm every value before it’s saved.

Pregnancy-aware ranges

Expecting? Reference ranges adjust by trimester, following American Thyroid Association guidance.

Never miss a dose

Daily reminders for the medications sold in Romania, several times a day if you need them. Export them to your phone’s calendar and they ring even when the app is closed.

A journal that remembers

Symptoms, mood, weight, pulse and blood pressure in a few taps. Over weeks it becomes the history your doctor wishes every patient brought.

A report your doctor will read

One tap creates a complete PDF with your results, symptoms and treatment. Email it, send it on WhatsApp or print it for your appointment.

An assistant that knows its limits

Ask about diet, taking your medication the right way, what a lab test measures, sleep or stress. Answers are tailored to your condition. The AI stays off until you switch it on, and it never suggests doses.

  • Retest reminder for the date your doctor set
  • Streaks and badges that keep you consistent
  • Dark mode
  • Larger text option
  • Works offline
  • Installs to your home screen

How it works

Set up once. Useful every day.

  1. 1

    Tell it about you

A short five-step setup: your condition, your profile, the symptoms you notice and the treatment you take. Advice, diet tips and symptom lists adapt to your answers.

  2. 2

    Add your results

Import the PDF from your lab, photograph the report, or type the values in. Everything lands on clear charts against reference ranges.

  3. 3

    Track, then share

Check in daily, tick off doses, get reminded before your retest, and bring a complete PDF report to your endocrinologist.

Safety & privacy

Built with the guardrails a health app needs.

In a health app, what the assistant must not do matters as much as what it does. Every question passes through checks that run before and around the AI.

  1. You ask a question

About diet, treatment, lab tests or how you feel.

  2. Emergency check first

Red-flag symptoms are caught before any AI is called, and you’re pointed to urgent care.

  3. Dose guard

Questions about changing a dose get a fixed warning and a referral to your endocrinologist.

  4. A careful answer

Sent without your name. If the AI service is down, the built-in assistant answers instead.

  5. You stay in control

Flag any answer from inside the app. Turn the AI off whenever you like.

No account, ever

No sign-up, no password, no profile on a server. Open the app and start.

Your data lives on your phone

Your journal, lab results and notes are stored on your device, and you can export everything at any time.

Private document reading

PDF reports are read on your phone, by an engine the app hosts itself. No third party sees the document.

AI only with your consent

Questions and photos go to Google Gemini only after you opt in, through TiroCare’s own servers. The API key never touches your phone.

Values you approve

Numbers read from a document are checked for plausibility and shown to you for confirmation before they’re saved.

Information, not diagnosis

TiroCare explains your values. It doesn’t diagnose, recommend doses or decide when you retest. That stays with your doctor.

Something else on your mind? Write to us.

Is the app available in English?

The app itself is in Romanian. It’s written for patients in Romania, with the reference ranges used by Romanian labs and the thyroid medications sold there.

Is TiroCare a medical device?

No. TiroCare provides educational information and tracking tools. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it doesn’t replace your endocrinologist. For any decision about diagnosis or treatment, talk to your doctor.

Will it tell me what dose to take, or when to retest?

No, on purpose. TiroCare shows where your values sit against reference ranges and explains what the tests measure. Dose changes and retest dates are decided by your doctor. You enter the date they set, and TiroCare reminds you when it gets close.

Where is my data stored?

Your journal, lab results and notes are stored on your phone, and there’s no account. If you turn on the optional AI assistant, your questions and any photos you scan are sent to Google Gemini through TiroCare’s servers. Your name is never sent. You can switch the AI off at any time and export all your data whenever you want. Details are in the privacy policy (in Romanian).

Which phones does it work on?

The web app runs in any modern browser on Android or iPhone. You can add it to your home screen and it keeps working offline. A native Android app is being prepared for Google Play.

How accurate is reading lab reports?

PDF reports issued by labs are read reliably. Photos, and especially handwriting, depend on the image, so every value is checked for plausibility and shown to you to confirm or correct before it’s saved.
